What is Valanga's warranty policy?

Valanga garments are warranted to the original owner against any manufacturing defect, whether in material or workmanship, for the practical life of the same garments.

If a garment fails or does not perform any of these main functions due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it, at our option. Manufacturing includes stitching, stitching tapes and construction.

Materials include zippers and fabrics. Products damaged by accident (tears, abrasions or degradation by UV rays), inadequate maintenance, improper use, including modifications that alter the product or through simple negligence cannot benefit from our guarantee.

Application of the warranty procedure
For any request or request for information concerning the warranty or repair of a product, you must complete our form with the most details on the nature of the problem.

The warranty only applies to the original owner of the garment. Proof of purchase will be required.
