1. IN STORE :
You can return any product to a Valanga store.
2. ONLINE ORDER:
Use the return label included with your package and carefully read the instructions on the return form included with your order. In the event that you have not received the return label, please contact the customer service.
* Returns are free for items that are less than 50% off. Items 50% off and above are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
At Valanga, our goal is for our customers to adopt our clothes and be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a refund for eligible merchandise that has not been worn, washed, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, within 15 days of the date. of receipt of your order.
NO REFUNDS ON GIFT CARDS.
Products returned in new condition only.
At Valanga, we offer quality products, new and in perfect condition. If you return a product, we must be able to resell it. The merchandise must not have been used, all labels must be attached and the packaging must be intact.
To be considered new, a product must be clean, odorless and free from animal hair. Just as a customer might try on a coat in store and decide to leave it on the hanger, your returned order is a fitting.
It is at Valanga's discretion to decide whether the product is no longer in acceptable condition.
Products at 50% off and more are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, whether online or in store.
Refunds are processed within five days * of receipt of the item. Valanga takes no responsibility until the item has been returned and inspected.
Refunds are made using the original payment method. Shipping costs may be deducted from the original amount.
* As we take extra steps to keep our staff safe, your refunds may take a little longer than usual (10-14 days). Your refund will appear in your account when your package is received and processed.
We prefer Canada Post mailings, however, when you order online, if all of the items in your order are available at the warehouse, your complete order will be delivered by Canada Post.
If your order requires in-store items, your order will be delivered to you by Purolator. Your order may be sent in multiple packages if not all items are available in the same location.
